Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email first to obtain the return address.
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out for the refund to be approved. Unless the item you received is faulty, you are liable for return postage costs. Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
We advise you return the item via tracked shipping as until the item reaches us, it is under your care.
Once received, we shall initiate a refund and/or exchange and will be in touch with you via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return.
*International Orders- if you change your mind about a purchase after it has been sent but before delivery we are not able to recall or change the item. You should wait to receive the item and then contact us for the return address if you wish to exchange or refund. Items left to 'bounce back' to us will not be refunded.
