If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out for the refund to be approved. Unless the item you received is faulty, you are liable for return postage costs. Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
We advise you return the item via tracked shipping as until the item reaches us, it is under your care.
Once received, we shall initiate a refund and/or exchange and will be in touch with you via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return.
