Shipping

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Postage is free on all UK orders over £50 and international orders over £150 GBP.

Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours (working days), however, occasionally pieces requiring customisation and during busy periods this may be slightly longer.

 

International Shipping

International shipping available. 

Orders to UAE will be sent via Royal Mail if PO Box information is supplied or by EVRI if to a home address.

We are not able to take responsibility for any customs, taxes or additional fees. 

International orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via EVRI.

UK: £4.50 (tracked delivery)

Worldwide: £15 

We are not currently able to ship to the EU. Hopefully this will change soon. Sorry to all our customers in the EU- but we hope to be back very soon. 

 

Delayed Delivery

Whilst the overwhelming majority of UK deliveries take only 24-48 hours to arrive occasionally items do take longer. Because of this, please allow 14 days for items to arrive after shipping before contacting the courier to chase.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email first to obtain the return address.

The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out for the refund to be approved. Unless the item you received is faulty, you are liable for return postage costs and a 10% restocking fee. Our shipping costs are non-refundable. All 'freebies' must be included in the returned package for the refund to be issued.

We advise you return the item via tracked shipping as until the item reaches us, it is under your care.

Once received, we shall initiate a refund and/or exchange and will be in touch with you via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return.
