Everyday for 90 days...
1. Exercise for 30 minutes
2. Read/listen to a non fiction book for at least 5 minutes
3. Meditate for at least 5 minutes
4. Journal including at least 3 things you are grateful for
5. Record what you eat.

Documenting The Challenge
There a lots of ways to document this challenge. Below we have put together a set of items that you can use at a discounted price. If you already own a 2024 dated planner then you can alternate the pages with either a notes page, or a time blocker page (all links below).
